And for that reason, I'd like to invite any Tiger who is celebrating a milestone in their life to send in a picture and a bit of text to let us all know.
First up is Tigers' WMD Steve 'Alan' Brackley who, on Friday, left the NHS after years of providing first rate nursing care to take up a new position in the private sector.
Because we're representing a charity, I won't give Alan's reasons for leaving a job he loved (Alan's a bowler. He's not keen on cuts, late or otherwise) but I am going to show you the cake his colleagues made him for his leaving do.
